Is a Maintenance Contract required?

No, a Maintenance Agreement is not required. 

  • Without a Maintenance Agreement you will receive support to register the product.
  • With a Maintenance Contract you will receive both major and minor software updates and version upgrades, service packs and patches for the term of the contract - plus priority email support with senior technicians.

 
Is the trial software/evaluation version the same as a full version?

Yes, the trial version is exactly the same software as the full version. In fact when you purchase any of our products, you will receive a serial key/license key which you can use to unlock the trial/evaluation version to a full version. No re-installation is required. 

I am not based in the US or Australia: Can I order anyway?

Yes, just choose the product and preferred method of payment.
  
Do I need to re-install once I receive the license key?

No, once you receive the license key, you can simply enter it into the software, for more information see the purchase information sent to you.
 
Is Auscomp's online order process secure?

Yes, our online order system is secure: the entire transaction is secured using SSL.
 
Should I order in Euro, USD, Sterling or Australian Dollars?

You can use either using the Euro, Euro-Deutsch, USD, or AUD order form. 
  
Important note about our refund policy

Rather than provide a 10 day refund policy, Auscomp extends the evaluation period to 15 days (Auscomp Fort Knox & Auscomp IT Commander) and 28 days for Auscomp eNavigator Suite. This allows you to thoroughly and fully test the software before you make any commitment to purchase. In addition, during this time you are also eligible for technical support. Therefore, you can feel fully confident in your final purchase.
